What people regard as normal is not informed only by law. It is absolutely weird in most parts if the world, including in Brazil, for a man in his 60s to feel chemistry with 14 year old girls and follow them home. Recently, a (yes, right-wing) councillor from Rio was impeached because he was fucking high school girls and taping it. And this latter dude was much younger than Bolsonaro. Sorry to pop your bubble, r4. Even Brazil thinks you're weird.

South America seems 10X more foreign than Asia or Europe. Like seriously? 14 yos can legally prostitute themselves? Makes no sense how a country could function with those kinds of laws.
