George Floyd family may sue Kanye

For claiming Floyd wasn’t murdered, and in fact, died from fentanyl overdose.

by Anonymousreply 77October 19, 2022 3:18 AM

Floyd didn't resist arrest. He stood a foot over the cop who lynched him out in public. It took almost ten minutes to kill him.

Kanye is not important. He needs his medication adjusted.

by Anonymousreply 1October 17, 2022 2:54 PM

You can't defame someone dead. Common law.

by Anonymousreply 2October 17, 2022 2:56 PM

Was fentanyl in his system? Any other substances?

by Anonymousreply 3October 17, 2022 2:57 PM

R3, I heard it was , but the mendacious racists lie a lot . They claim it was 3 x lethal amounts

by Anonymousreply 4October 17, 2022 3:01 PM

Who cares? The motherfucker kneeled on his neck and suffocated him. I bet you have your geritol in your system right now klanma, that doesn't mean you deserve to die. r3

by Anonymousreply 5October 17, 2022 3:05 PM

Didn't George Floyd stick a gun in a pregnant woman's belly and threaten to shoot her?

by Anonymousreply 6October 17, 2022 3:07 PM

This could help Chauvin ultimately. Ye is a self loathing devil

by Anonymousreply 7October 17, 2022 3:07 PM

R6, yes and happened during home invasion. He served a few years for that

by Anonymousreply 8October 17, 2022 3:09 PM

Good.

by Anonymousreply 9October 17, 2022 3:10 PM

If the family sues Kanye, they will bring out all the fentanyl/drug records.

That would open up a big can of worms.

by Anonymousreply 10October 17, 2022 3:11 PM

I have r6 blocked so they I must have already identified them as a racist troll but again r8 who cares? Whats your point?

by Anonymousreply 11October 17, 2022 3:11 PM

R11 writes like a spazzy five-year-old.

by Anonymousreply 12October 17, 2022 3:14 PM

R10, I am counting on it

by Anonymousreply 13October 17, 2022 3:23 PM

R2, not true. The surviving family / estate may have standing to sue on his behalf.

by Anonymousreply 14October 17, 2022 3:40 PM

Yeeeeeeeee is a schizophrenic

by Anonymousreply 15October 17, 2022 3:56 PM

You never have too much money.

by Anonymousreply 16October 17, 2022 4:11 PM

R6. Yes, Floyd was a convict who served time. Floyd died with a controlled substance in his system.

The cops who lynched Floyd out in the street did not know Floyd was a convict. They didn't know he had a controlled substance in his system.

They were responding to a report of counterfeit bill being used for a purchase. The punishment for passing a bad bill in this country isn't death by lynching.

by Anonymousreply 17October 17, 2022 5:10 PM

R12 is a racist sack o crap

by Anonymousreply 18October 17, 2022 5:11 PM

R17, I agree with you on that . But Floyd was no pillar of society

by Anonymousreply 19October 17, 2022 5:19 PM

It has nothing to do with being a pillar or a scourge of society.

This has to do with doing your job.

Those cops didn't do their job.

Those cops lynched someone who wasn't even charged of a crime in full view of citizens.

If those cops had done their job and issued a citation or a ticket for the bad twenty dollar bill,a career criminal like George Floyd wouldn't have been made a martyr.

by Anonymousreply 20October 17, 2022 5:29 PM

They've never been able to confirm the pregnant lady story.

by Anonymousreply 21October 17, 2022 5:34 PM

You think this is a about George Floyd and it really isn't.

A cop just shot a 17 year old who was sitting in his car eating a takeout meal.

Again, the cop didn't do his job.

The car the kid was sitting in was suspected as stolen. But there's no indication the cop ran the plates to confirm the car as stolen.

The cop marched over to the vehicle, yanked the car door open while the kid was mid bite of a sandwich , then started firing on the car when the kid tried to drive off.

Is it procedural to yank a civilian out of the car without identifying yourself as law enforcement or informing a suspect why they are being picked up?

Do your fucking job.

by Anonymousreply 22October 17, 2022 5:36 PM

@r5, "I bet you have your geritol in your system right now klanma"

Marry me 😍

by Anonymousreply 23October 17, 2022 5:38 PM

r6 writes like a spazzy five-year-old.

by Anonymousreply 24October 17, 2022 5:42 PM

George Floyd was a piece of shit human, completely flawed. And he had injected all kinds of drugs that day. And he resisted arrest. And a dirty racist cop suffocated him to death in a criminal act. All of this can be true. Also George had a FABULOUS big cock and filmed it in action for posterity.

by Anonymousreply 25October 17, 2022 6:03 PM

He was killed by Chauvin but had a ton of fent in his system, enough to fell a smaller person for sure. R20 is absolutely right, because he was murdered he is now a hero. Fuck Chauvin.

by Anonymousreply 26October 17, 2022 6:17 PM

If Floyd was "resisting arrest", how did he wind up under the pervert cops knee for the duration of his killing?

Magats won't stop and can't stop lying.

by Anonymousreply 27October 17, 2022 6:35 PM

Being a POS isn't against the law in this country, if it were you against the law YOU would be incarcerated for a lifetime.

by Anonymousreply 28October 17, 2022 6:36 PM

Being a POS isn't against the law in this country, if it were against the law YOU would be incarcerated for a lifetime.

by Anonymousreply 29October 17, 2022 6:38 PM

Kanye was in a severe car accident that almost killed him. He may have a legitimate physical excuse for his nuttiness.

Datalounger's klan grannies? Not so much.

by Anonymousreply 30October 17, 2022 6:49 PM

A jury of his peers found Chauvin GUILTY and he was sentenced to 20 years in jail

CASE CLOSED!! 😠

by Anonymousreply 31October 17, 2022 6:52 PM

Floyd was a former athlete and 7 feet tall. If he was "resisting arrest", he would have snapped that little pervert cop in two with zero effort.

by Anonymousreply 32October 17, 2022 6:59 PM

[quote]The cop marched over to the vehicle, yanked the car door open while the kid was mid bite of a sandwich , then started firing on the car when the kid tried to drive off.

I think the last part of your sentence explains the rest. (you don't drive off when a cop is stoping you. period)

by Anonymousreply 33October 17, 2022 7:31 PM

Does he ever shut up? Can someone please shut him up.

by Anonymousreply 34October 17, 2022 7:51 PM

^ Maybe someone could, you know, kneel on his neck for about 10 minutes

by Anonymousreply 35October 17, 2022 8:13 PM

R31, and those 20 years are in a federal prison which is a country club . Chauvin gave up 5 years for a Cush medium prison.

by Anonymousreply 36October 17, 2022 10:18 PM

As long as the public accepts murder as a policing tool, this shit will continue to happen.

by Anonymousreply 37October 17, 2022 10:24 PM

Stop silencing black voices.

by Anonymousreply 38October 17, 2022 11:16 PM

Good Lord how fat is Kanye now?

by Anonymousreply 39October 17, 2022 11:18 PM

The Floyds should hire Attorney Kim K to try their case.

by Anonymousreply 40October 17, 2022 11:24 PM

Which blackvoices? George Floyd or Kanye West, r38?

by Anonymousreply 41October 17, 2022 11:26 PM

Bunp

If this is how you get off, that is your business. Not gonna watch your fap material, r43.

by Anonymousreply 44October 18, 2022 9:22 AM

r44 The fuck are you on about? That person asked "if he resisted arrest" and that's exactly what his ass did. There were two other people in the car with him who did fine. One of whom specifically shouted at him to "stop resisting." Another male bystander was also telling him to stop resisting.

He acted a damn fool for the first 20 minutes of that encounter. Where the cops fucked up was leaving him on his stomach pinned down too long. But if you watch the video you'd see that he asked to be placed on the ground himself. But stay goofy.

by Anonymousreply 45October 18, 2022 9:46 AM

R45 hello coon Candice owen.

by Anonymousreply 46October 18, 2022 9:52 AM

You had better be Black using that damn word, r46.

by Anonymousreply 47October 18, 2022 9:53 AM

R47 I am black. You are on the other hand DL resident kkk

by Anonymousreply 48October 18, 2022 10:02 AM

r48 No, I'm also Black. Two things can be true at the same damn time: George Floyd resisted arrest and the cops fucked up with the restraint which likely exacerbated his respiratory issues due to the fentanyl in his system.

Now go and sit down somewhere. -_-

by Anonymousreply 49October 18, 2022 10:11 AM

I never believed Chauvin's claim that he didn't know Floyd when Chauvin was hired security (working exterior to the club) for the nightclub, and Chauvin was one of the beefy blockhead bouncers. They knew each other and where was bad blood.

by Anonymousreply 50October 18, 2022 10:12 AM

Brad Parscale is also 7 feet tall. He was drunk, disorderly, and resisted arrest after he beat the fuck out of his wife and threatened to kill her. Cops were told he had a loaded firearm and was suicidal; he did and they actually ended up confiscating ten gun from him.

No one kneeled on Brad Parscale's neck, not even for 20 seconds. Post arrest, according to his Wiki page, Brad: "...After the election, Parscale turned to real estate flipping, restarted his political consulting firm, and formed a data analysis startup. As of October 2021, he was working for the 2022 Ohio gubernatorial campaign of former Republican congressman Jim Renacci against the incumbent Republican, Governor Mike DeWine."

Parscale was evaluated and treated for a mental break. Post-arrest on FOX News, Brad Parscale claimed his violence was because he was "hurt" and "stressed".

Brad did have a loaded firearm. Brad resisted arrest. But, Brad was not permanently harmed.

Your point r51?

Offsite Link
by Anonymousreply 52October 18, 2022 10:50 AM

Seems like cops just be fucking up regardless of race and it's a class issue. But maybe that's just crazy talk.

Offsite Link
by Anonymousreply 53October 18, 2022 10:51 AM

My point, R52? That cops can take down an armed, violent seven footer who is resisting without permanently harming him. If they're so inclined.

by Anonymousreply 54October 18, 2022 10:59 AM

Technically, the cops in both the George Floyd and Tony Timpa situation did successfully subdue/take down both men. The problem was with a) the position they left them both in for too long (on their stomachs), b) not knowing how to properly deal with clear cases of excited delirium, c) in the Tony Timpa case, not knowing the difference between snoring and agonal breathing (i.e. literal last breaths).

When someone is tripping on drugs like that, at times they have to be restrained (see PCP) to prevent harm to themselves and to others. However, you're supposed to turn them over on their side soon after. They shouldn't be on their stomachs for, ideally, any more than 3 minutes. Especially not with the weight of several grown men on their backs. That's where Chauvin and the Timpa cops fucked up.

by Anonymousreply 55October 18, 2022 11:06 AM

R52 is sharing its greatest hits of fap material

by Anonymousreply 56October 18, 2022 11:07 AM

Wtf is wrong with you r56? This isn't a fucking game, dude.

by Anonymousreply 57October 18, 2022 11:09 AM

Floyd was lying prone and NOT flailing or punching or kicking--why didn't chauvin let him sit up? He said he couldn't breathe and whether chauvin believed that or not, he had Floyd secure and he could have let him up and delivered basic first aid, which I think he had a duty to do, ESPECIALLY if chauvin had any reason to believe Floyd may have ingested narcotics. But the answer is that chauvin didn't do that--and was in fact looking uneasily around at the assembled crowd--because he viewed those people(American citizens) the same way a soldier would view a population his country is occupying. That's wrong too.

by Anonymousreply 58October 18, 2022 11:57 AM

Laying?

by Anonymousreply 59October 18, 2022 11:57 AM

One more time for you MAGAts in the back, Chauvin was found GUILTY in a fair trial after all the evidence was presented. He will be a fairly old man when he gets out and more than likely unable to kill anyone else

by Anonymousreply 60October 18, 2022 12:05 PM

Chauvin could have handled it better.

by Anonymousreply 61October 18, 2022 1:57 PM

The little cop subdued a big black guy in front of a captive audience. He handled it in a way that gratified him.

by Anonymousreply 62October 18, 2022 2:09 PM

[quote]If the family sues Kanye, they will bring out all the fentanyl/drug records. That would open up a big can of worms.

So why didn't Chauvin's defense attorney use this to help get his client off?

Seems like a shitty job if they would fail to introduce this line of defense.

by Anonymousreply 63October 18, 2022 2:17 PM

^ Exactly. Floyd's drug use was a big part of the defense, but it apparently wasn't enough to sway a jury. However, the Q-Nuts on this thread won't let that stop their delusion

by Anonymousreply 64October 18, 2022 4:55 PM

Kanye is despicable, but what's the cause of action?

by Anonymousreply 65October 18, 2022 4:57 PM

If they sue Kanye, BLM will certainly swoop in and demand a piece of the action.

Just sayin'.

by Anonymousreply 66October 18, 2022 5:35 PM

I have no idea why r51 believe injecting common sense into this discussion is important to maga.

Maga doesn't do logic. Maga does not do logic, r51.

by Anonymousreply 67October 18, 2022 7:14 PM

[quote]Didn't George Floyd stick a gun in a pregnant woman's belly and threaten to shoot her?

Whether he did or not is irrelevant to this crime R6. A cop is not judge, jury and executioner!

by Anonymousreply 68October 18, 2022 7:31 PM

The fentanyl and drugs argument were already used in the trial and a medical examiner testified in court that they were not the cause of death for George Floyd.

by Anonymousreply 69October 18, 2022 7:37 PM

^ Q-Nuts don't care about facts

by Anonymousreply 70October 18, 2022 7:45 PM

R69 and it was also not the reason why the cops were responding.

Facts don't matter to maga.

Logic gets in the way.

by Anonymousreply 71October 18, 2022 7:48 PM

We should all sue him for ear damage.
