Did anyone else confuse Karen Grassle and Michael Learned growing up? Two blonde, bland, mothers on the televisions two most prominent rural period dramas?

To me, as I stated upthread, Karen Grassle was always the low rent, not as talented version of Michael Learned.

Haven't heard of any acting Karen Grassle has done in the decades since LHOTP, but Michael Learned most recently played Jeffrey Dahmer's grandma on the Netflix limited series, and I thought she did a great job!
