I hope someone has some dirt on these three.

Me too. Alex is in a lavender marriage with Von Furstenberg, right?

Pia- DIVORCED. Pia Christina Miller, born in 1966, is the eldest of the three sisters and spent her childhood in Hong Kong. She attended the prestigious Le Rosey School in Switzerland before studying art history at Georgetown University.
At the age of 26 she married Getty Oil heir Christopher Getty, the grandson of oil billionaire John Paul. The 1992 wedding in Bali has been described as a "fantasy production worthy of Cecil B. DeMille."
Marie-Chantal Born in London in September 1968, Marie-Chantal was also raised in Hong Kong and Switzerland. Known for her striking looks, when she was in her early 20s Marie-Chantal was a muse for Andy Warhol and counted among her close friends Valentino, Michael Kors, and Mario Testino. Marie-Chantal was only 20 when she met her real-life 'Prince Charming' on a blind date set up by friends in New York. She apparently turned up to the date totally unaware she was being set up with a prince.
"We clicked right away. It was love at first sight. I knew that he was the person I would marry," she told Vanity Fair.
Pavlos, Crown Prince of Greece, proposed to Marie-Chantal on a ski lift in Gstaad, Switzerland in 1994, and they tied the knot in London six months later.
Marie-Chantal's wedding dress was designed by Valentino at a cost of US$250,000. The royal nuptials were televised live in Greece and included 2,000 guests, including Queen Elizabeth.
Alexandra- DIVORCED. Remarried to Dax Miller. The youngest of the Miller girls, Alexandra, was born in October 1972 in New York City. Like her sisters, Alex spent most of her childhood living in Hong Kong and New York, as well as extended stays in Paris. She spent her post-secondary education at New York's Brown University and Parson's School of Design, majoring in fashion and art history.
At the age of 23, Alex married Prince Alexander von Fürstenburg, the son of fashion designer Diane, taking the impressive title "Her Serene Highness Princess Alexandra of Fürstenberg."
The wedding was a US$4 million, two-day extravaganza, featuring fireworks over the Statue of Liberty and an incredibly impressive (or predictable) guest list with a huge number of celebrities including Bianca Jagger, Barbara Walters and New York socialite Nan Kempner. The two Alexes had two children, Princess Talita Natasha and Prince Tassilo Egon Maximilian. But the fairy tale marriage didn't survive, with the couple divorcing in 2002, amid cheating allegations (against Alexander) which meant Alexandra lost her fancy titles.
The former princess currently works as a furniture designer and, as a sign she clearly has a great relationship with her former mother-in-law Diane, she also works as "image director" for the Diane von Fürstenberg brand.
In 2015 Alexandra found love again, marrying designer Dax Miller in Los Angeles. It's interesting to see she's now regained the birth name of Miller!

I loved the 90's socialite crowd- Lara Shriftman, Ginny Bond, the Millers, Tory Burch, etc. They totally froze out Tinsley Mortimer in the mid 00's after her sister Dabney sued Lizzie Grubman (of "fuck you white trash" fame) for running her over in the Hamptons. T'was the beginning of the end for the rug merchants daughter and Topper divorced her shortly thereafter due to her trashiness.

R4 - Please elaborate with details.

Alexandra was married to Alex Von Furstenberg. They split among allegations he was cheating on her- with a man.

R9 - Thanks! I though that was the point being made. His father, Prince Egon von Fürstenberg, was bisexual based on what I have read.

Wait!
Am I understanding correctly that Diane had a bi husband, with whom she produced a possibly gay or bi son...and is now married to Barry Diller?
by Anonymous | reply 11 | September 20, 2022 6:17 PM |
Τhere is no such thing as a Crown Prince of Greece. Greece hasn't had a royal family since the country voted against the institution in 1974. These titles are fake. It's extremely pathetic that Americans are so gullible with such trashy conmen.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | September 20, 2022 6:21 PM |
R12, it’s not really the fault of Americans. The royal families in Europe who are still legally recognized treat the Greek royals as “ real.” It’s the same way with the German “princes” and “princesses.” They have no legal reality anymore but Europeans ignore this.

R11 - Your assumptions are correct.

R14 I told Sofia and her husband that they could BOTH GO TO HELL!
by Anonymous | reply 16 | September 20, 2022 7:22 PM |
Haha, I’d forgotten about this feud.
Background in the next link.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | September 20, 2022 7:32 PM |
By all accounts, Letizia is a raging bitch. Doubt MC is any better.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | September 20, 2022 7:33 PM |
Ooh, I didn't know about the feud between Letizia and Marie Chantal. And to make it so public. That's not quite the way the wife of a "crown prince" should behave.
Sofia is a sanctimonious super Catholic but that's no reason for such shabby treatment. Anyway, is there more gossip about Letizia's bitchiness? A member of her family (an aunt maybe?) told the press that L had had an abortion. She must be a piece of work for a family member to blab so publicly.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | September 20, 2022 11:27 PM |
Why are they feuding?
by Anonymous | reply 20 | September 21, 2022 9:03 AM |
R20 Because Marie-Chantal made a sex tape while she pegged Felipe, Rose. It was all over the internet.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | September 21, 2022 9:28 AM |
😆 r Hey r21 I guess that it would have helped if I had read the link.
Letizia and Marie-Chantal give off dominatrix vibes.

Courtesans, is I believe the gracious word.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | September 21, 2022 8:10 PM |
I'm bumping this thread because I want gossip about other European royalty besides the Harkles. Please bring it on. 🙏
MC is a consort to the would-be heir to the Greek (mostly Danish by genetics) throne voted out by referendum in his "native country " (NYC/Connecticut area and Manhattan are his official residences).
It's so amusing to see MC chomping on the bit to elevate her status within the deposed Greek family by defending her aunt by marriage. I hope it works out for her socially. Isn't revealing themselves to the masses what most royals by birth fear? Cheapening themselves to the masses?
by Anonymous | reply 24 | September 21, 2022 8:57 PM |
Marie Chantal and Pavlos' daughter, Maria-Olympia is one of those vapid and useless examples of high privilege. Because she was born a princess, she knew she owed it to the masses to become an influencer. So, she shows up wherever there are cameras, wears mostly trashy clothes, and gets her 26 year old lips regularly inflated. It's been said that anyone who knows her or even slightly acquainted with her has anything bad to say about her, but equally no one has anything good to say about her either.
Her brothers mix with Eurotrash and the worst of American nouveau-riche.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | September 21, 2022 11:47 PM |
Maria-Olympia is quite ugly.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | September 21, 2022 11:50 PM |
Pavlos was really cute in his younger years…but man, is he dumber than a box of hair. I saw one of his interviews on YouTube a while ago. The Greek RF lived on what before Marie-Chantal came into their lives. Must be nice to have an heiress for a wife who can help you live like a royal even if you don’t have a country.

When King Juan Carlos of Spain's (Letizia's father-in-law) eldest daughter the Infanta Elena got married, two of the King's cousins got into a physical altercation. The Prince of Naples and the Duke of Aosta, cousins to each other and to King Juan Carlos had a long running feud over who was the rightful heir to the non-existent monarchy of Italy. Words turned physical after the wedding reception. Ex-Queen Anne-Marie of Greece (Marie Chantal's mother-in-law) was later seen administering first aid to the bleeding Duke of Aosta, who also happened to be first cousin to Anne-Marie's husband, the former King Constantine of Greece.
After the incident, the two combatants were no longer welcome at family events.

Don’t they also “claim” these alleged titles based on the still-standing royal house of Denmark?—‘of Greece and Denmark’ etc.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | September 22, 2022 12:28 AM |
Their use of the Greek titles are mostly through courtesy and the fact that the Greek royal family don't have a last name such as Mountbatten-Windsor or Bernadotte. The inclusion of "and Denmark" is not a claim in the way "of Greece". The "and Denmark" is actually theirs by grant from long ago. The progenitor of the current crop of Greek royals was a Danish prince, brother to Queen Alexandra (Britain) and Empress Marie/Dagmar (Russia). When he accepted the Greek throne that was more or less foisted on him, he never relinquished his Danish title or the right to pass it along to his descendants.

No. A house was bought for them in Hampstead by wealthy Greek shipping magnates who supported the monarchy. They continued to be supported financially by rich Greeks and Queen Anne-Marie's family in Denmark.

Until Cousin Tino married his son off to Marie Chantal in exchange for a substantial dowry from her father estimated as high as $250 million. Not long after that the former King (and his sister Irene) also received a one time lump sum payment from the Greek government and the return of personal real estate property that had been illegally confiscated when they Greek royals were exiled.

Wow didnt know that the title crown prince that doesnt exist anymore is worth 250 million dollars. Is this marie chantal chick that ugly and horrible that she cant find somebody else with a fake title who doesnt need a sugar mommy?
by Anonymous | reply 34 | September 22, 2022 3:47 AM |
R33. There was no illegal appropriation of property. It was owned by the state in the name of the people, and disposed of in the same way.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | September 22, 2022 10:36 AM |
In that clip at r18, you can see the young daughter (can’t tell them apart) try to throw off Sofia’s hand twice so I’d say Sofia is right up there in the raging bitch sweepstakes.

I've been fascinated with the "Fabulous Miller Sisters" since the 90s. I would say Marie-Chantal definitely made the best marriage, because it seems like a love match, producing lots of kids. She's pretty and is aging well. Her wedding was so grand.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | September 22, 2022 1:06 PM |
R25 She's cute but she needs to stop trying for the supermodel "duh" face. She, like most of us, doesn't have the features for it.

Queen Sofia had some unpleasant things to say about gay pride.

[quote] Queen Sofia had some unpleasant things to say about gay pride.
The years of her husband's infidelities turned her into a very nasty lady. She clung more and more to her children's lives, interfering endlessly with the belief her own children could do no wrong. The Mother-In-Law from Hell title was made for Sofia.
She was fairly close to the British royal family, Prince Philip being a cousin. Her brother the former Greek King was in exile and her favorite aunt also lived in England so she spent a lot of time there. Her relationship with the British royals cooled considerably when Juan Carlos became more than a little attentive to Diana. (Diana did not reciprocate and thought he was rather disgusting.)
