Woody Allen was cleared TWICE of the molestation allegation. He was investigated by Yale New Haven Hospital's sexual-abuse clinic, which stated:

R96 being "intact" means nothing. Better read up on that before using it as evidence in sex crimes. When researchers looked at women's hymens, they found out it was irrelevant to having sex or not. Even some prostitutes would've passed as "intact", if you went by old fashioned ideas about female Virginity.

I also don't care if he was cleared. He's a pig. He always was. He was never shy about his attraction to youth. Then he ends up with a woman he knew since she was a little girl. I don't need evidence to see the guy is a scumbag. There's more to having values than what's legal or not. I'm sure most people would agree that if there was no age restrictions tomorrow, or if incest was legal, they wouldn't support it.

I also know a lot of sexual abuse victims and you'd be surprised how shitty they are with their "investigating", especially at that time. It's not far fetched statistically either, so why wouldn't he get the side eye after the allegations, still pursuing his partners child?
