Hmm. Lemme guess- he does not do Pilates nor eat tofu. I don't do Pilates either but I do eat tofu in one form or another twice a week every week.
I bet he don't like HOMOSEXUALS

Tofu is awful in all its forms.

This guy doesn't like anyone
by Anonymous | reply 4 | September 17, 2022 4:02 AM |
I grew up around that type of gentleman.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | September 17, 2022 4:20 AM |
I grew up around fried bologna sandwiches...
by Anonymous | reply 6 | September 17, 2022 4:30 AM |
I grew up around them too. Always two scored slices of Oscar Meyer or one scored slice of thicker deli sliced. Always Wonder White Bread and always Hellman's Mayo. Sometimes a Kraft American Single or a piece of iceberg lettuce. Sometimes a bit of French's yellow mustard. That was good enough.

Why do guys like him always sound like they have their Adam's apple strapped up behind their ears? 🤔

He's just your basic, closeted MAGA Bottom. The pickled asparagus tells all.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | September 17, 2022 6:30 AM |
Weird that video was in my YouTube recommendations earlier. I thought it was because yesterday I watched a Holderness Family video where they talk about fried bologna sandwiches but maybe they’re syncing DL video links
by Anonymous | reply 12 | September 17, 2022 6:54 AM |
I might be making fun of him but when I was a kid in the 1970's we would take slices of Oscar Meyer Bologna and fry them in a pan until they curled up then pour scrambled egg or eggs over them and eat them that way- it was good too.
I'm not a hillbilly nor am I from the south though.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | September 17, 2022 1:31 PM |
^ We fried Bologna and liverwurst. I'm from Chicago lots of people did it... They also ate Spam fried as well 🤢
by Anonymous | reply 14 | September 17, 2022 1:36 PM |
R14- I've never eaten Spam but I used to eat Corned Beef Hash- we'd fry it up in a pan and serve it with scrambled eggs too, if I remember correctly.
Is Spam anything like Corned Beef Hash?
by Anonymous | reply 15 | September 17, 2022 1:38 PM |
Mmmm, baloney!
by Anonymous | reply 16 | September 17, 2022 1:40 PM |
@r15, I don't know, it's all mystery meat to me and I never touch the stuff 🤮
When I was a kid people fried everything
by Anonymous | reply 17 | September 17, 2022 1:46 PM |
Sounds good. Sadly I am on a salt reduced diet.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | September 17, 2022 1:56 PM |
I believe Spam is pork and corned beef...beef... r15.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | September 17, 2022 3:38 PM |
Fried Lebanon bologna? Absolutely! Fried "minced" bologna? Never! I rarely even touched the stuff.
In fact, there was a Lebanon bologna smokehouse about a mile away from where I grew up in (you guessed it) Lebanon, PA.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | September 17, 2022 3:46 PM |
He is in need of an insurrection.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | September 17, 2022 3:54 PM |
R15 No, Spam is just spiced pork, it contains no beef nor potatoes. It tastes like really cheap, salty ham, but with a squishy texture.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | September 17, 2022 3:58 PM |
I suspect he's still upset over Reconstruction.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | September 17, 2022 4:14 PM |

Alton Brown pronounces it Bologna, like the place in Italy. What a pretentious guy.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | September 18, 2022 5:22 AM |
Can’t believe they add fat to fry it. Just slap it down, makes its own grease.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | September 18, 2022 5:51 AM |
Probably uses that awful soybean oil.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | September 18, 2022 5:53 AM |
R15 Corned beef hash is...hash. Hash is when you mix chopped meat, potatoes, sometimes onions together. Actually my dad used to make it, if we had leftover cooked corned beef or roast beef. Sometimes chicken or turkey. You put it throught the meat grinder with a potato and an onion, or celery. Whatever. Then you usually fry it in a pan. It also comes in a can.
Spam is a canned meat product.
My mom used to make fried boloney - boloney is really the same thing as a hot dog, just a different size/package. People won't eat it who will eat hot dogs - makes no sense.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | September 18, 2022 5:22 PM |
Bologna is just hot dog pankcakes.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | September 18, 2022 5:24 PM |
Alton Brown is a world class asshole
by Anonymous | reply 34 | September 18, 2022 5:49 PM |
I loved bologna as a kid but can’t stomach it now. Not a food snob thing I thing I think I just OD’d on it back then
by Anonymous | reply 35 | September 18, 2022 6:15 PM |
I would prefer a fried egg sandwich.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | September 18, 2022 6:18 PM |

Nope. I use bacon grease here at Casa de Double Wide.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | September 18, 2022 6:27 PM |
Perhaps I’m not worldly or well traveled enough, but never in my life, have I eaten at a restaurant that serves fried bologna sandwiches.
When was this a thing?
I totally missed it!
by Anonymous | reply 38 | September 18, 2022 6:51 PM |
Mary! Never ate a bologna sandwich. Another poster never ate Spam and wants a description of how it tastes.

So many prissy one-generation-removed-from-the-pit-ponies middlebrow marms on this thread!
Perhaps a rewatch of the Unsinkable Molly Brown is in order.

Local character like this is dying out, but naturally the BossBabe fraus on this site are thrilled to dance on its grave before instagramming their pillar candles.

If I do have to eat luncheon meat it's not going to be Oscar Mayer in a package.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | September 18, 2022 8:23 PM |
Well, don't leave us hanging, what kind of luncheon meat would you eat?
by Anonymous | reply 43 | September 18, 2022 8:42 PM |
R43 Maybe it's just where I'm from, but usually luncheon meats are bought in the deli section of a supermarket, or an actual deli, where they fresh-slice the meat - not the vaccuum-sealed, pre-sliced, pre-packaged kind he's using there.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | September 18, 2022 9:41 PM |
@r40, "one-generation-removed-from-th - e-pit-ponies middlebrow marms "

R7 Never had mayo on a fried bologna sandwich, always spicy mustard.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | September 18, 2022 11:04 PM |
He’s right about the ketchup though. Ketchup on fried bologna sandwiches is just trashy.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | September 18, 2022 11:16 PM |
Bologna Salad! Who said Tupperware is dead?
by Anonymous | reply 52 | September 19, 2022 4:35 AM |
As a very finicky meat-eater, I could never handle regular bologna; it had to be beef. But I found fried bologna vile. Just the smell would drive me out of the house.
It's probably been two decades since I had beef bologna. I've looked at it in the grocery store, however. It's too damned expensive now.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | September 19, 2022 8:33 AM |
they r not healthy 4 u either r53
by Anonymous | reply 54 | September 19, 2022 9:31 AM |
R53- EVERYTHING in the food store is expensive nowadays. Yesterday I was bought a bag of Funyions and it was $5.15. - ouch!
by Anonymous | reply 55 | September 19, 2022 12:08 PM |
America "bologna" is an abomination unto the food gods.
Mortadella (from Bologna) is divine. And it is never fried.
by Anonymous | reply 56 | September 19, 2022 1:13 PM |
For $5.15 you could also buy 5 cans of chickpeas.
If you weren't a fat whore, that is.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | September 19, 2022 1:15 PM |
@r55, How much was the 6-pack of Schlitz to go with your $5.15 bag of Funyuns?
by Anonymous | reply 58 | September 19, 2022 1:21 PM |
Fried ham sandwiches with mustard and sauerkraut on rye bread can be good too.
I like his method of cutting it into that shape of the meat to increase the crispy edges. So technically I did learn something.
by Anonymous | reply 59 | September 19, 2022 1:22 PM |
I’ve never seen that sandwich on a menu. What’s he talking about?
