Give Me Your COVID Tips and You Can Have My Stuff

Just got COVID for the first time and have a mild fever and headache (ouch my eyeballs). I’m in my 30s, so it doesn’t seem like Paxlovid (?) makes sense. Should I take Tylenol or Advil or just try to let the fever burn? Don’t have much of a cough yet.

Try Mucinex Cold&Flu. Had Covid over 4th of July and the Mucinex helped with the chills, body aches, fever. It helped, but didn’t eliminate those symptoms.
