Ricky was granted a protection order against the nephew, an ex parte similar to the one the nephew got, however all sources are saying Ricky DID have proof of the nephew harassing him. In fact: apparently the nephew had the audacity to ask Ricky if he could take Ricky’s kids to the fucking movies.

September 28th is when a court hearing to extend the order will occur.

Also apparently feds in PR are investigating because one part of the nephews newest claims is Ricky transported him across state lines to have sex with him so uh I guess we’ll see if it’s true or not sooner rather than later as they probably don’t fuck around like the police?

Dennis’ lawyer likely told him to do that because had he lied about evidence in court he could get in trouble for perjury. And I’m assuming Dennis’ lawyer could also be a target for suing if the lawyer knew Dennis was bullshiting but attempted to present any false evidence and still argue in favor for him.

We know more about Dennis’ recent claims now. He alleges Ricky took him to New York in June 2012 when he was 11, and then gave him a blowjob and kissed him. Ricky was doing Evita around that time so if the nephew is telling the truth it should be easy to narrow down Ricky’s flight log to specific days alongside any hotel use to see if it lines up with when the nephew says it happened. Dennis being a minor and saying he was assaulted in NY makes it a fed case (as it would be trafficking of a minor) but I’m not sure about jurisdictions. Some people have pointed out Dennis hasn’t made a complaint to NY where it allegedly happened, only in PR, so people are confused about if his complaint from PR will cover NY as well and if it doesn’t his legal team doesn’t seem to be covering all bases.

In retaliation Ricky’s lawyer stated those allegations are false and requested the nephew’s medical record. And some twitter comments seem to imply the lawyer alluded to be idea of somebody telling the nephew what to say? So massive update on the case: there was a hearing yesterday because the nephew asked for another protection order against Ricky, which ended up being denied. And at the hearing Ricky's sister Vanessa, who is Dennis' mother, provided texts between her and Dennis that show Dennis has been planning and looking to harm Ricky for economic benefit.

What's interesting is that Ricky's camp seems to bring up again the possibility of somebody behind the nephew telling him what to do. Other than clearing his name, I'm now suspecting a large part of Ricky suing his nephew is for discovery... to see any evidence of somebody else contacting the nephew.

If there IS somebody behind the nephew, I am deathly curious if Ricky has the balls to ask for criminal charges against a family member or if they will try to use the court to force him to get psychiatric help.
