Conservatives Want You to Die for Their Personal Beliefs

A Texas judge’s ruling that employers don’t have to cover HIV-prevention medication is further proof that the right sees public health policy merely as a tool to punish political enemies.

Every day something reminds me how much a hate these awful people.

This is also why they tie health insurance to employment. Their belief is that if you’re not working, you should die.

by Anonymousreply 2September 10, 2022 2:03 PM

Tying health insurance to corporate employment is also effective in reducing small business start ups that could potentially become competition.

Repugs claim to be pro small business, but they lie.

I agree with the ruling and the Christian business owner. If you're a homosexual, why are you working for a righteous Christian who you know would have an problem with your lifestyle in the first place? Certainly you can get a job at a company where the owner is fine and dandy with that lifestyle.

Go die, r4.

by Anonymousreply 5September 10, 2022 2:10 PM

R4 Lifestyle. You keep saying that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

It’s a clear flag we’re dealing with a bigot

I can't believe this isn't being talked about more here. Smh. This is not good news.

These are people who go to church every Sunday and hear how gays are all pedos and are grooming their children. And they believe that evil.

They don’t just passively want us to die. They want to murder us.

So one needs to research every company thoroughly before asking for a job? Huge stores like Publix consider themselves “Christian” based but don’t say so very loudly. They also don’t want to offer PrEP.

Interesting how these Christian stores are just fine with the money of non Christian customers.

Only gays can get HIV? That’s news to the world

R4, a lovely troll has entered DL.

What’s up with the right which refuses to say “gay” and will only say “homosexual”?

I’ve always been put off by the word “community.” I don’t know every gay person in America! We have common goals, but…

Is Manhattan a “community”?

Since they don't want to pay for health insurance to cover necessary medications, I would like a tax rebate for not reproducing. Why should I have to pay extra in my taxes for all of these Christian conservative assholes to pop out baby after baby????

by Anonymousreply 15September 10, 2022 10:35 PM

Once and for all, no religious person is Pro Life. They are Pro Death. They worship death, drink the blood and eat "the body of Christ", and they can't wait to die so they can "go to heaven". Their cross symbol of worship is a bronze age torture device. They are mentally ill and don't accept reality or the suffering of actual real people. They are fine with raped 10 year olds and forced birth. They are sick and have no business in positions of power, certainly not in a free society such as The United States.
