I am wondering if there are hundreds of crimes being committed there that Former New Yorker could spend his entire day linking to? Thanks!

Fuck off OP. Cleveland may be a bit boring at times, but it is not crime ridden and is actually a very nice place to live.

OP, you should spend your time doing something constructive to rid NY of all of the crime that is making your city unsafe for everyone.

Yeah, I know - I'm seeing if we can contain him by giving him a half-dozen cities to shit on endlessly while squealing "Sounds fabulist!" whenever someone says normal life is still going on.

A NYer here who loves Cleveland. Unpretentious, fun city with a few gay bars, great architecture, good food, nice suburbs, cheap - and the lake is surprisingly nice(except for the flies in the spring).
Poor so there is crime - especially in East, and parts of West. But affordable and great options of places to live. Interesting people - black, white, middle eastern immigrants, working class and academics. Plus a nice bathhouse which is fun. Great alternative to Tier 1 cities - I could see living there.

I love that brandonjoseph feels fit to rag on NYC, Chicago, LA, SF when he lives in Bumfucking Cleveland!

OP If it upsets you don't look at it. It upsets me, as an ex-New Yorker, but all this calling people a troll and trying to stifle them is so boring and calling Muriel for God's sake. Get a fucking life!

The West side is much better to visit. Lakewood is a very gay-friendly area - crunchy hippie dippie shops. Lots of fine dining downtown, if you like steaks and seafood I suggest the Marble Room. The Art Museum is very nice, lots of shopping. Our own little Italy, good polish food. Rock hall of fame, Football hall of fame is a short drive to Canton. Cedar Point is about 45 mins away for great roller coasters.

I’ve read/reread this sentence five times and I cannot understand what is being asked. Is this person asking about the crime rate or making a statement about the crime rate? What is “linking” and why would a former New Yorker want to spend an entire day doing it? Why would someone want to “link” themselves with a crime?

So it was bumped so the Former NYer/Russian trolls obsessed with emphasizing crime in cities to terrify Old people into voting for Republicans can continue their “work”. Whether that’s getting attention, creating people to talk to them or accomplishing a political agenda is irrelevant. It’s the new monotony of DL - the same right wing talking points constantly being bumped. So pathetic and increasingly omnipresent.
