He was really hot. I think he also ended up marrying Roller Girl.

He’s married to Christy Turlington . He’s was so bland and had a weird speaking voice.

No, Ed is not married to 'Roller Girl', Heather Graham, he married former super model Christy Turlington in 2003. They have two children, Grace & Finn. They've managed to keep their kids out of the media.

The Burns family live in the late JFK Jr's Soho loft. It's kind of creepy Ed sought out that specific loft to purchase.

I find him smug with an inflated sense of self. This is surprising since he's from Long Island.

He seems to direct/produce very minor inexpensive work which consistently flies under the radar.

His series Bridge & Tunnel was on fucking Starz which nobody has, or may even know they have. I saw some parts of it and it was good, but not renewed. Nobody knew it was there.

As an actor he washed out. He's not that good and his voice didn't help.

IIRC, Christy's mom is from El Salavador. Her dad was an American Wasp.

Most of his movies flopped but he had a distinct vision and I liked his work…

The same can be said of many excellent series on Starz. Idris Elba's comedy series ran for three seasons on Starz, as did the excellent thriller series, The Missing. The Girlfriend Experience and American Gods were also on Starz.

There are still many excellent TV shows on cable, premium cable and regular cable,, however, way too many viewers are either obsessed with streaming or buy into the hype that streaming has better shows. Or they are basically stupid enough to subscribe streaming services while paying for cable.

Most people don't have enough time to watch both cable and streaming TV shows and films, they must enjoy wasting money.

I don't think he was ever very successful. Turlington seemed like the main breadwinner in that family.

He could play Bryan Cranston's son in some project. His career is has no issues.

He was supposedly very difficult on the set.

He's living off Turlington's savings, and why not.

It's just never gotten the buzz that HBO and Showtime generated, let alone Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, et al

Hadn’t thought of this dude in years and just last night I saw a pic of he and Turlington in the new Vanity Fair. She looked…different.

Burns and Turlington are both super-religious, so it's probably a good match.

Her sister is also married to his brother.

Ed's brother Brian is supposedly a producer. He lives in Tribeca with his wife Kelly Turlington. Not sure what she does now, but she owned a travel agency.

Brian is Kelly's second husband. Kelly's son James, from her first marriage, is a model.

James looks more like his aunt Christy than his mom. He has the same wonky eye thing going on too!

R22 Brian Burns is a producer of the show Blue Bloods, which has been on forever.

This thread led me down the rabbit hole..Ed joined his wife in an Eternity commercial...so cringe-filled. On a beach, of course, meaningful looks and gestures...etc. He lost any cool factor to me now.

I really hope Christy doesn't let her children model the way Cindy Crawford did. Turlington seemed to see the limitations of modelling so I would hope she would stear her kids away.

Turlington went to college and graduate school, so hopefully she will encourage her children to do the same.

It is weird how the nephew looks exactly like her.

R34 From what I've heard Christy grew up sorta generically Catholic where it's more of a cultural thing than a religious one, then started attending mass regularly as an adult when she enrolled at NYU and was living in NYC full-time.
