The most random and New York City moment was living on 24th street between 9th and 10th for many years and seeing this Icon, who was the heart of the early 80s music scene for me as a kid, walk her dog and do other random chores in the area regularly. She's lived in London Terrace for years. Still looks cool in my opinion. Never said hi or bothered her. Just observed and admired.
