Worst & Most Hilarious Album Covers
Post the bad, the hilarious and the horrible here. First, I nominate the 1977 album by Barbara Mandrell ‘Love's Ups and Downs’. The crocheted hat, the frilly dress, her in a hot hair ballon, the silk flowers, did she find a gay from Arkansas to be her Art Director?

Barbara's outfit is typical country music for that time. Country music women have always had poor clothing choices. You look at some of the crap Patsy Cline used to wear with the cowgirl look. Many of the has-beens on the Grand Ole Opry wore glittery dresses long after that fad was gone.

As a kid in the 70s I a recognized a lot of country music women had “Nashville hair”, which was bigger and more elaborate than performers in other genres, or in real life in general.

OP, there are hundreds of bad album covers by obscure acts. The Christian music genre alone could fill up an entire freight truck of hilariously awful album covers. Maybe we should narrow this down to popular to moderately known acts.
