Poor girl. In spite of having strikingly bright and light blue eyes, she is her mother's daughter through and through - ugly, doughy and masculine. However, you're all right: unlike her hideous and nasty mother, she has had some excellent work done and anyone who didn't know how she looked before, wouldn't be able to tell that she's had her entire face reconstructed.

It's only too bad that plastic surgery doesn't really change genetics, but at least she looks great.

In R1 she looks like a cookie taken too soon from the oven; in the After photos she looks good. Kudos to the weight loss and surgeons and face sharpeners.

Botox in the Jaw muscles. Bethany Frankel did the same thing,. It slims out the face by reducing the size of the jaw muscles.

Kurt was cute and definitely was a sex symbol for grunge. He wouldn't have been so popular on MTV, a visual medium, and the face of the movement if he was ugly. His looks were very much marketed which he was aware of and tried to combat it.

Frances had great work but she also lost her baby fat. I even think that the late Kurt Cobain was handsome, his bone structure was masculine and he had great eyes and really straight teeth with a nice head of hair- instantly photogenic. I remember when that "Smells Like Teen Spirit" video broke out and my (late) mother found him handsome but that his hair should be kept away from that nice face.

Frances has beautiful eyes like that Paris Jackson. That helps. R6 posted an actual picture of Francis. She probably temporarily relocated to South Korea for her surgeries what for her money. Courtney was hideous, tall thing with a somewhat nice figure but still- hideous.
