r29, maybe anyone can be, but if you were paying attention, you would know that no one wants to be a teacher these days. There's a severe shortage in most states, and only getting worse. If the TikToks were impacting his work in the classroom, that's one thing. If not, and parents just didn't like them, then firing him is stupid.
