What is going on between these two? How did they become friends? Why does a TV star like David Mazouz hang out with a peasant boy like Cameron Kasky?
I believe David Mazouz is an Orthodox Jew, so he might be more conservative. He also listens to a lot of rap, which is not something that gays stereotypically listen to. Cameron, on the other hand, is openly bisexual and tends to like showtunes and pop. Cameron also sees himself marrying a woman and only sees guys as good for sex.
So… are they secretly giving each other bro jobs when they see each other? Or have they only hooked up a few times?
You never see David Mazouz with any girlfriend.

do you know what "Orthodox" means in terms of Judaism, particularly within the U.S.?
It's not specificially "conservative" or "liberal" - those that claim orthodox are usually more observant but this does not mean they are more conserative. There are many gay othodox jews and no, that does not mean they all wear coats in the summer.
