I may be wrong, but I’m pretty sure she’s had a facelift. Also, her teeth look a lot whiter in this photo than in the last photo I saw of her. I think the only reason she looks good in this photo is they photoshopped her teeth, hair and skin. Just not as much as they usually do. No fillers though, which is why she looks more natural than others her age. Her actual hair is greyer than shown here - too grey in my opinion.

Most beautiful women don't need plastic surgery. And yes there is a difference between beautiful and pretty. Andi McDowell is beautiful and aging like fine wine. Halle Berry and Sharon Stone two women who were also beautiful in youth still look great today.
