It's not really spoken about, but sexual relations between identical twin brothers are pretty common. If one of them is gay, there's like a 90% chance the other is, too. What does it even mean for siblings "to be in a relationship"? All siblings are in a sibling relationship. I feel certain that even if siblings were to have sex, their relationship always would be a sibling relationship, just a very unusual one with sex acts.

Don't know how familiar people in the US and other countries are with this story of identical twin brothers and their predilections for sleeping with their students and on at least one occasion - allegedly, with each other and a female student.

The ATL twins only have sex with each other. They are kinda gross and aren't gay that I know of, but a lot has been written about it. They supposedly had sex with Cat Power when she was still very attractive.

Twins makes sense. Who isn't in love with themselves? A twin is looking at their own image; it makes sense to want to kiss it and love it.

Gay twin incest is a curious one. Heterosexual incest is the ultimate universal taboo primarily because offspring of incestuous sex can be genetically mutated and very ill, what once would have been called monstrous. But gay sex can't produce offspring. I do wonder whether the body might react adversely to receiving identical genetic material from the outside. Is swallowing a twin's semen different than swallowing one's own? Does either have any adverse affect in the body?

I do think two identical gay twins who find one another attractive would inevitably result in experimentation. Adolescent boys/young men are entirely overtaken by sex drives and will take it anywhere it is available. I would imagine two gay brothers who are at exactly the same stage in physiological development, who are familiar with one another's bodies, who are attracted to one another and bound to show that to one another, would find it practically impossible not to reject social taboos in favor of immediate gratification. And is that really wrapped into the taboo of incest when the real threat of incest relates to reproductive effects?
