It’s certainly my favorite.
Could “Butterflies” Possibly Be Michael Jackson’s Best Song?

"Rock With You", "Can't Help It", "Billie Jean", "Pretty Young Thing", "Dirty Diana" and "Remember the Time" are all better

I think it’s a good song- he was a monster but he sure could make music.

Michael Jackson's only good song as a solo (or duo) was "Human Nature," by Steve Percaro of Toto and lyrics by John Bettis, with Quincy Jones doing his usual magic.
A perfect number, not loaded with the disgusting egoism, rational confusion and pomposity and grandiose vacancy.
I know people who knew the family in Gary as neighbors, and they loathed Joe, loved the kids (one dated Latoya), respected Katherine and still say Michael was raised to be "like he was."
"How could he not be, with all that?"

^Typo. "LaToya," of course.
Sorry.

No, it could not be his best song. Not even close.

La Toya seems sweet. She can't sing but tried so many times and her music wasn't bad. I like her cover of Private Joy. She's no worse than Janet. Rebbie can sing though but didn't seem interested in music.

His songs got treaclier and tweer. Had he lived, he would by now have transitioned to M'Chele.

Yet contains a pedo's confession.
