This is a good interview. Not just about the cancer. Lots of tidbits. Turns out she's a grammar Nazi on top of everything. I wonder if she doles out the occasional "Oh, Dear" on here?

Horrible, grisly way to go. She’s only 65, I thought she was older for some reason.

Whenever I see something about her, I always think of her saying "Unless you push real hard!" in this Dr. Pepper ad.

This makes me so sad. I've seen her live a couple times, once back in the 90s on a family vacation in San Francisco with my parents and brother and sister. She singled my square parents out and dragged them onstage and made them dance while she played her accordion. Oh how I wish we had that on video! Tom Ammiano opened for her. She said she had no symptoms except for a pain in her side.

Her doctor did an MRI and boom, there it was, and widely spread.

She said she was in disbelief and told the doctor she felt too good to be so sick.

R15 That’s why OC is so deadly, there are no symptoms until it reaches an advanced stage. By the time it’s diagnosed it’s usually too late.

She recently had a kidney stent put in which sounds like there’s tumor blocking her ureters. Bad sign.

Oh fuck. I knew from the beginning when she announced this that she sounded so weak (and has continued to sound that way) There was no remission with this- even a short one. God bless you Judy.

If you want to see some great shit see her appearance on the Joan Rivers Show(the daytime one). I was around 11 and thought she was the funniest chick who ever lived (next to Joan herself!)
