Insane WB still trying to plow ahead with its toxic star.
Shocker: Ezra Miller was doing pickups for Flash this summer

Nothings stopping that movie coming out. He could make his cult do a Jonestown or commit a mass shooting days before the premier and WB would look the other way. Either they think the movie is going to fix the DCEU, or he has blackmail on someone high up.

I think WB Discovery may be an even worse merger than AOL Time Warner. New boss has absolutely no clue.

There's something weird going on with this. The fact that he got cast in two big franchises to begin with. He isn't a particularly great actor, and his list of credits wasn't all that impressive, on top of which you have his personality which is pretty much the exact opposite studios want.
Then, once cast, he has disagreements with the directors of the Flash movie and gets them fired, and even gets Warner to pay him and allow him to pick a writer and go and write his own script - which they didn't use, but again - this is Ezra fucking Miller. How does he have the standing to get people fired and even be indulged like that?
And then all the shit starts coming out - and nothing. Even with a regime change with the Discovery takeover. And still they're backing him. Why?
r1 mentions blackmail, which I'd agree with except so many people from Warner have been sacked or stripped of power in favour of idiot Discovery execs, I don't see how that could continue to be the case. Maybe he's pimping out his cultists. Or maybe he actually is the messianic figure he thinks and he's using his godly powers to keep being Flash. But it's all fucking weird.

What strikes me as most odd is that they keep saying the movie is “testing well.” WTF does that matter if you can’t promote the picture? A new Roman Polanski film starring about the McCloskeys starring James Franco and Amber Heard might test well, but how do you expect to promote it? Moviemaking is one half promotion these days.

Maybe Ezra's bad behavior is the promotion.🤔
