Yes, he looks very similar to young Castro. Should he have his DNA tested? No. We don't want to begin DNA testing as a justification for anything, and it would change nothing either way.

Concerning birth certificates: What is really interesting is that the ones who claimed that Obama's birth certificate looked doctored weren't wrong at all. (That they were whipped up by people with ill intent like Jones is a different matter). But it was all Xerox's fault. They had a bug (or a feature) in their scanning software that for better data compression, they would just copy letters and numbers and in general segments for re-use on the same document. Many administrations in the US just scanned documents and threw away the originals. The certificate that Obama published is one of those that have been scanned and it looks weird. I attached a video of the programmer (called David Kriesel) who found out about the systemic error and told Xerox about it. He was noticing that the numbers in a floor plan didn't add up to the correct total number and started digging. There is a hilarious TED talk from him in German, but here is a video where he explains what went down in English, too. He mentions the birth certificate (on which Xeros wouldn't comment) at 50 min, as an afternote. It obviously has the same compression problems going on as everything before.
