Can't believe he turns 57 this year. He seemed poised for superstardom in the 90s, but it never happened. Why? He's worked steadily, but mostly in TV and straight-to-video movies.
I loved him in everything I've seen him in. The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, Powder, Boondock Saints, his season in Dead Zone. I don't think I've seen him in anything in recent years though, but he's been busy according the IMDB.

He was very attractive still recently in 'The Boys" and did a fine job as a gun-nut superhero named Gunpowder (who was hideously killed by Butcher after trying to murder him).
