I thought Beyonce was mainly local nowadays. I didn't realize she was still big in the UK to warrant such a response. I think this is nitpicking. Beyonce is American, spaz is not a slur here and her music isn't for kids. British casually use fag for cigarettes and cunt as a term of endearment, both are offensive slurs in The US.
