I remember when he and his partner did that sit-down interview with Oprah, and they seemed so adamant about the fact that they dated women beforehand, and that they actually loved those women. Always found that weird. Then again, a lot of these gay stars do the same in interviews after they've formally come out.

I've never found NPH all that "respectable" though. I think it's because his team (or whoever) figured out that giving them the family-friendly image would work because they had finally 'settled down' and had kids.

His Netflix show Uncoupled about an aging gay man getting dumped from a long term relationship and having to re-enter the gay dating world just dropped. It’s all just PR.
