My trainer also says 70/30, and I'm 5"8" and and a tight 150 following the same rule. Also, I'm 67.

He does look incredibly good, but that is partly genes at play. Not smoking, not drinking and not being overweight helps a hell of a lot though. Will nudge someone who might otherwise have been a 3 up to a 6 and so on
