I like it too, it's a fun satire. However, the Datalounge is not a good place to bring this movie up - too much lesbianism. And the they're not REALLY LESBIANS pathetic slant.

I'm a lesbian, and I never really liked it.

However, there's something to be said for a movie about lesbians that's not about the fact that they're lesbians. Those roles could have been played by anyone -- so that made it refreshing.

I am not usually a fan of Jennifer Tilly's voice. But it works perfectly in this movie. Just my opinion, though, R8. And the last time I checked, the Wachowskis were living as women. You can accept that or not, but that is the case.

Agreed, R13. Like I said earlier, I am not always a fan of Tilly's breathy vocal delivery. But it works perfectly in this movie. I just love pretty much everything about this movie. The plot is a bit ridiculous, but it is a very entertaining film.

I just re-watched this movie earlier this year after not having seen it since its release. It holds up pretty well in my estimation, just the right amount of style and grit. The bonus for gays is Christopher Meloni in an early role presaging his sexiness on Oz. I do remember watching it originally and thinking Meloni was a rougher version of Elias Koteas.

I went to see it and can't recall the plot. I was so surprised the film makers went on to direct the matrix, very different films.

I love all those 1999s independent thrillers like BOUND, THE LAST SEDUCTION, ONE FALSE MOVE, MUTE WITNESS, etc. They are such underrated gems.

This is the movie that taught me plausibility isn’t necessary if everything else in a movie is working.

Tilly tells Gershon that the tattoo on her boob, that is about the size of a thumbnail, took all day to do. I don’t know how many times I watched it before I caught that. And I never really cared. I like the movie.

If you want to see a film that depicts real lesbians OP, you need to watch Friend Green Tomatoes. Not a single sex scene and yet, they managed to convey deep love and loyalty more than any other lesbian film I've watched.

Bound is just a man's version of lesbian porn. Same with Blue is the Warmest Color.
