Amazing interior design but I'd want to see some pictures of the actual house before I spend $30 million.

Why would anyone buy a house for 30M when all of the houses around it go for 4-8M?

How does a plastic surgeon have that type of money? Is it Maloof money from the divorce?

[quote] Why would anyone buy a house for 30M when all of the houses around it go for 4-8M?
Because all the grifter thieves listed at R5, have to make a profit.

And yet, a mere 45 minute drive from there is misery, homelessness, mentally ill druggies, criminals… living in third world, sidewalk shanties, roaming the streets causing mayhem for normal LA, WEHO residents.
Sounds like a real bargain to me. It’s the new world order.

Oh nice. More griege and white.
There's a lot of it for the money given the location, but its dull. Seen it all before, again and again
Looks like what it is - a large hotel
Location appears to be nice with a great view. Why cant someone something put something different and interesting in a spot like this? That's what I'd do if I $30 mil to play with

I like the pool. Not the area surrounding the pool. Just the pool. That’s all I’ve got.

Retard, he had the house built. In this case, property is land.

I will never understand why one needs that much house?......I would rather have condo's in different cities to visit....Who needs 14 bathrooms

These modern LA mansions with the inevitable infinity pool are soulless. And they look cheap. They probably fall apart in 20 years.

R13 before you throw around the word “retard” - the point that R4 is presumably trying to make is that while the vendor purchased the lot for $4.9m and is planning on selling it for $29.9m, the huge profit quoted is contingent on how much the vendor spent knocking down the old house and building the current one.
If, for example, the vendor spent $25m then he comes out even, if that.
You may want to brush up on your reading and maths skills.

^And this is just as retarded a point as R4's.

That should okay - that’s probably roughly how many more livable years remain on this planet.

Hideous colors.
Terrible design.
The entire place would have to be re-done.

Poor imitation of a Case Study house.
The decor is merely "ok".
