She's taking lithium right now for her depression, and it is commonly known to cause weight gain like this. I'd rather have a chubby Lana than no Lana. I love her music so much. I got fat with zoloft, so I understand. Do the medications increase appetite, cause laziness, affect metabolism? I'm not sure, but I didn't do much different and I gained 50 lbs in a year. I got off of them and I lost 30 so far in the past 6 months, with only a little bit of diet and exercise--- nothing too drastic.

Her music is fucking awesome whether she's an industry plant or not. I'd rather she be alive, happy and a little thicc rather than dead.

not sure if lithium is why, bc I've never met someone who gained weight on SSRIs OR on lithium, only on Depakote (source: know tons and tons of people on meds, including myself.) Usually if someone gains weight they use the SSRI as an excuse, imo. I think she just got used to buying her looks so forgot it takes a bit of, Idk, actual effort? I mean she has a fake name, fake nose, fake lips, fake singing, fake songwriting, overrated head to toe. I tried to like her crap but saw right through it

Her natural shape is likely closer to this than how thin she was when she got famous - you could see she was not a woman that was naturally lean and probably had to starve herself to be so thin.
