Melissa Gilbert and her MIA brother. She met her biological father I believe and basically said it was a disappointment. Sara Gilbert was the biological daughter of Melissa's adoptive mother.

Kristin Chenoweth is adopted and has mentioned it numerous times. She had some story in her book about how she believed a woman she met at some event in Oklahoma was her birth mother. I can't remember as it's been years since I read her book.

R3 Kristin also did a Hallmark movie with Scott Wolf and an adoption storyline. She plays a choir director and the teen boy who goes to his class and is such a stand-out turns out to be the kid she gave up for adoption years ago.
No doubt her own adoption experience is what made her sign on.
