Should I Be Worried About My Safety?

Used to live around there before I moved to Mississippi for work - I swear I saw more Confederate tattoos there than down here.

I wouldn't worry though - always felt safe there.

I see "Let's Go Brandon" flags and Trump 2020 signs everywhere where I live. I also see a ton of confederate flags and I'm not in the South.

The other day I was behind a truck with a bumper sticker that said something like "I'm a Republican because not everyone can be on welfare."

Thank you for helping me realize what I pretty much knew all along. Yes, I should be careful about these people. But in the end, they've been very good to me, and like some said, they seem pretty harmless and are always to step up and help me when I was recovering from surgeries after having cancer. They may be rednecks, hillbillies or good old boys, but despite that, they are much better people than a lot o f you. They've been nothing but kind, unlike so many on this site. Well, except for the one that said he didn't care if we were gay, as long as we weren't black. But thankfully, his family only rented their house and the neighbors complained about them not taking care of the lawn and leaving too much stuff on the property and they were evicted, so he's no longer here.
