Lovely on the outside. Poorly planned, partially remodeled on the inside. And the pool looks like it would dissolve your skin if you jumped in it.

That is a beautiful house on the outside. The interior is a bit bland and those two hideous fireplaces downstairs (the stone and brick ones) need to go. At least the staircase hasnt been messed with. Fucking can lights everywhere, it looks like shitty drop ceilings have been put in all throughout, possibly in the 60's or 70's. I wonder if the original ceilings are still there? Its not great but perfectly livable, and restoring the ceilings back to original and putting proper period details back could be done progressively room by room. Its all doable. Kitchen is a bit ugly but functional, ditto the bathrooms
That pool looks as if its gone murky. Needs a chemical shock treatment, if that doesnt work it'll have to be emptied and refilled. Again, not unduly difficult job if you can hire a pump and there is somewhere to drain the bad water to
