What a fucking terrible arrangement of a mediocre song. It's like a 70s minstrel show performance. Her voice is really harsh too. Unpleasant.

I loved her version of the hymn Lift Ev’ry Voice & Sing, with loads of famous black singers and Jasmine Guy dancing lol. Also, Melba sang backup on another version of the same song with Al Green and Denise Williams, which has a cute little BTS video on YT.
I’ve never hear of Melba otherwise.
