I'm in my sixties and I am aware of how my body is changing with time. I look in the mirror and I see my grandmother. I lost 40 pounds in the past five years, only because I am less hungry than I used to be, and I'm eating healthier foods.

I'm starting to stoop, too. I'm owning it. I dress in less bulky clothes so a little hunchback isn't exaggerated.
