OP here.

I live in the same zip code and this is an unusually old structure, quirky as it is.

Dark paint colors are wrong and thoughtless in such a small space, but otherwise it has a certain amount of charm.

The ceiling height in the guest cottage are troubling.

err…”Ceiling height is troubling…”

Interior needs some updating but it's a sweet little home.

I love it, OP.

The backsplash and counters in the main house are dizzying. You might get a headache after awhile cooking in there.

What's the neighborhood like? In the backyard, it looks as if a warehouse is across the way. And is it on a busy corner? The price is great, but I have to wonder why it's low.

I don't understand why they arrange the Adirondack chairs the way do. It looks as if they want people to play a game of bridge, but they're missing a table.

So, there's a 2-story rental unit on the same property? Looks like a converted garage.

by Anonymousreply 6June 22, 2022 3:07 AM

This is not Los Angeles it’s just shitty Dallas.

by Anonymousreply 7June 22, 2022 3:30 AM

Isn't it a little overpriced for Dallas?

by Anonymousreply 8June 22, 2022 3:38 AM

I like it - just enough quirkiness but not too much.

by Anonymousreply 9June 22, 2022 3:42 AM

Is the 1200sf guest quarters included in the 2460sf?

by Anonymousreply 10June 22, 2022 3:50 AM

7,248 sqft?!! Yeah, that's not right.

by Anonymousreply 11June 22, 2022 4:25 AM

That’s the size of the entire lot.

by Anonymousreply 12June 22, 2022 4:55 AM

so... you live in the gay ghetto?

by Anonymousreply 13June 22, 2022 4:56 AM

R13. Hardly.

by Anonymousreply 14June 22, 2022 11:38 PM

Why do people fill their back yards with gravel?

by Anonymousreply 15June 22, 2022 11:44 PM

The rooms seem cramped.

by Anonymousreply 16June 23, 2022 2:28 AM
