Hm. I actually don't hate this at all. I don't like the bathroom tile and vanity colors, but that's pretty minor.

And this is what annoys me about Gen Z always complaining about never being able to buy a home.
Maybe not in Silicon Valley or Manhattan, but there are tons of places like this that are still affordable. And with things going more remote, it’s only going to be more common to not live where you work.

A nice space, though what must be some if the smaller windows in the building. It suffers from an almost Midwestern dreariness of finishes and furnishings. Though the later will of course be carted away, the kitchen and bath are not half up the the challenge -- but an easy fix with a big reward. A space like that needs good art and good furniture and some color and scale. But then real estate prices determine buyers and furnishings to a large measure.

R2, they don’t have to go as far away as Syracuse; Ossining, Mt Kisco and that area of westchester county has many condos that are $100,000, sometimes less, sometimes more, but you get your foot in the door.
