In Dallas its holding firm with a sellers market, and inflated prices, but the areas outside the desirable population centers, it's starting to slow, and prices dropping. Dallas County has a massive building permit backlog, which isnt helping. The city manager is getting fired over it. I think the big cities will do ok, but the sellers in the sticks that think they can inflate to match it, are really starting to take big cuts to the listing price.
