Years ago I saw clip of him on some show like GMA or something like that, and it was of him showing his house and his daily routine. He was extremely disciplined and does not waiver from his type of food, when he eats, sleeps, excercises, etc.

I have been to Italy and worked with plenty of Italian men, and 95% of them don't look anywhere near as handsome as Fabio. In fact, most of them are far from handsome. The only place where you find incredibly gorgeous men in a quotidian context is the luxury shops in places like Via del Corso in Rome, because the salespeople are specifically chosen for their exceptional good looks.

I once went to see a Fabio personal appearance at Scribner’s Bookstore on 5th Avenue and 48th. I worked 2 blocks away so it was an easy walk over at lunch. However, aside from the employees I was the only man there. Even I was humiliated.

About the photo at R78: Was Fab always this womanly? Or is this something that happened to him with age? Could this be the result of decreasing testosterone levels combined with what happens to men who have bulky muscles from working out too much? With age, those bulky chest muscles can start to look matronly.
