“It’s an emotional and personal listing that means a lot to me” said listing agent Adam Saget, nephew of Bob.

Saget bought the home in 2003 for $2.895 million

Of course it's doubled in value, it's so unique and not bland at all. How lucky we are to live in this best of all possible worlds.

by Anonymousreply 2June 8, 2022 8:20 PM

It’s surprisingly bland and boring.

by Anonymousreply 3June 8, 2022 8:21 PM

Yeah, California/Desert Modern, but a bit bland.

It's pretty, but no "wow" appeal.

by Anonymousreply 4June 8, 2022 8:26 PM

Tedious man, tedious house.

by Anonymousreply 5June 8, 2022 8:47 PM

Where's the dungeon for his teenage conquests?

by Anonymousreply 6June 8, 2022 9:03 PM

The grounds and the design of the house are really nice. The walls and furniture are bland but I'd bet my bottom dollar that was done on purpose to sell it - it gives potential buyers an inoffensive 'blank slate'.

by Anonymousreply 7June 8, 2022 9:49 PM

Bland-O-Rama

by Anonymousreply 8June 8, 2022 9:52 PM

Does the pool even get full sun?

by Anonymousreply 9June 8, 2022 10:14 PM

whore!

by Anonymousreply 10June 8, 2022 10:37 PM

It looks like a medical office building (interior). The exterior is OK.

by Anonymousreply 11June 8, 2022 10:39 PM

The current flood factor is extreme with an increasing flood risk

The wildfire risk is moderate but increasing

by Anonymousreply 12June 8, 2022 10:39 PM

Isn't North Bundy OJ's old neighborhood?

by Anonymousreply 13June 8, 2022 10:49 PM

Smart of her to downsize since he won't be working.

Unless she's inherited a bunch and is upgrading, which would be in bad taste.

by Anonymousreply 14June 8, 2022 10:50 PM

Is that the house in Modern Family, the Ed Bundy house?

by Anonymousreply 15June 8, 2022 10:51 PM

The room behind the garage will be a great dungeon, r6!

by Anonymousreply 17June 9, 2022 12:34 AM

R16 Aww, so strong and brave! Living her best life in the face of grief!

by Anonymousreply 18June 9, 2022 12:43 AM

It looks like a very large house that came in a kit you put together yourself.

by Anonymousreply 19June 9, 2022 1:23 AM

What a DUMP!

by Anonymousreply 20June 9, 2022 1:50 AM

Every celebrity in Hollywood wants a house that looks like it belongs in an office park in central Long Island or Jersey.

And O.J. didn't live on Bundy. Nicole did. Her house at 875 S. Bundy, is 2.3 miles away.

by Anonymousreply 21June 9, 2022 2:14 AM

The house looks nice. It's bright inside.

We are all so grateful. Your devotion to public service is inspiring.

This house is better than it first appears.

Nice mix of spaces, feeling of both light and privacy, good flow.

People could actually live here. It's not simply a giant modern cavern for displaying "features" of various sorts.

The kitchen is the only thing I object to, because I am picky about kitchens and this one is just bare bones and seems poorly laid out somehow.

by Anonymousreply 24July 22, 2022 4:24 PM

Love the headboards in the bedrooms. What neighborhood is that?

by Anonymousreply 25July 22, 2022 4:27 PM

Holland Park, Holland Park, r25.

by Anonymousreply 26July 22, 2022 4:54 PM

How can the home be by Douglas Busch Design if it was built in 1964? If they mean his company redid the interiors, I'm not sure I'd brag about that. The exterior is a gorgeous 1960s California home, the interior is a dull white box.

[quote]Does the pool even get full sun?

You don't want full sun in 100+ temps.

by Anonymousreply 28July 25, 2022 3:07 AM

I love the grounds, and even the pool/spa courtyard part. The first bathroom looks so inviting, calming and spa-like. But the rest is pretty boring and bland.
