Critics were pretty agreed he did quite a bit worse than either Ken Jennings and Mayim Bialik during the audition weeks.

I would feel sorry for him had he been good at hosting, but he was not.

Steve Harvey was the only rational choice

I wanted them to choose Mindy Kahling. She is super smart and hysterical live- but she probably wasn't interested.

I can [italic]barely[/italic] bring myself to watch Mayim Bialik's face on that show.

Mindy Kaling's would be a bridge too far,.

The more LeVar talks about this the more disappointed I am in him. He campaigned hard for the gig and then when he had his "audition" he was awful. Even that freak Aaron Rodgers did better.

The PTB at Jeopardy didn't do themselves any favors either with the parade of co-hosts. They should have had those in contention privately do mock hosting sessions and then given feedback on their performance before being let loose on actual viewers. It may have made a difference in LeVar's case.

Bialik is doing fine. She's got the timing down and I like her enthusiasm. Ken Jennings has the weakest voice of any man I've ever heard and he's dull.

Why does he keep talking about this? People are passed over for jobs every fucking day. It's part of life. Get over it and move on! Who'd even want to consider him for something else after seeing how he's handled the Jeopardy situation?
