r2 - it's Friday night, 11:16 pm here.

r3 - folded my clothes that have been camping on my sofa forever and got my clothes ready for a relative's college graduation tomorrow morning. Debating on whether to smoke some weed...it really wiped me out the night before last and I don't want to be a walking zombie for the grad night tomorrow morning. Although I was also drinking that night.

Friday night, Saturday night. Shut-ins don't care and neither do real people all that much.

I, too, am folding the laundry that’s been piling up on my couch forever. I have ADHD, though, which is why I had to stop, organize a cabinet and some recycling, sweep the floor, and then check Datalounge because I forgot what it was I actually meant to research online that seemed very important at the time.

Next, I’ll go back to watching Netflix and folding laundry, and [bold]maybe even putting it away[/bold]! Maybe…

r8 no, I'm not "new here," fuckwit. I've been coming here for 10 years, multiple times a day. And it is MUCH SLOWER tonight than it has been for several nights during the week.

r9 - i plan on getting all my laundry at least folded by weekend-end. I know that seems like i'm setting my sights low, but i have a lot of clothes that are too small (right now) so I have to put those in boxes, while keeping out the stuff that actually fits me. As i have no dressers, i have to pretty much hang everything up. it's why i've put it off for this long.

DL's fucking piece of shit system kicked into Primetime 24 hours ago and stayed there for at least 9 hours, when I gave up checking back to see if a sys admin noticed/fixed it. I'm guessing many of the freeloaders also gave up checking back and are off doing something else. Can't imagine what.

I would respond more if I wasn't locked out of posting replies ever few hours on this site. I am so glad I don't pay for this site. If I did, I'd hold myself in contempt for it. I’m a high school librarian, R24. I don’t have to buy math textbooks; I just “steal” the gross, discardable ones and TRY to learn from them (I still suck at math, sadly, though I did get a B in economics, after having only shown up for class twice [the class was at 0830 and it was a one-hour drive to class]). I also take photos of the multitude of dick drawings I find in said math books. I’d love to publish a book/anthropological study of high school dick drawings, fwiw.

In terms of technology DL is antediluvian compared to other forums. It's not really worth $2 per month for a site that doesn't allow editing of posts or started threads, virtually nil moderation, tolerates abusive and aggressive behavior from posters and rest of it.
