No.

Overblown.

What is that blue room through the archway? Where pod people sprout?

by Anonymousreply 1May 28, 2022 2:04 AM

Too McMansiony.

by Anonymousreply 2May 28, 2022 2:11 AM

I like the garage doors...

by Anonymousreply 3May 28, 2022 3:17 AM

Well you can’t say that kitchen is small.

by Anonymousreply 4May 28, 2022 3:23 AM

It’s an amorphous agglomeration of stucco, ego and polyurethane cornices.

by Anonymousreply 5May 28, 2022 4:02 AM

I wouldn't buy it if I had the money, but I get the appeal and can see why someone else would love living there.

However, I don't get the $125,000 a year in property taxes. That is astounding, and not in a good way.

by Anonymousreply 6May 28, 2022 5:34 AM

Looks like a misplaced ski chalet.

by Anonymousreply 7May 28, 2022 5:37 AM

Why do too much when you can do more!

by Anonymousreply 8May 28, 2022 5:38 AM

No, too small.

by Anonymousreply 9May 28, 2022 5:53 AM

LOL. Looks like a garish hotel. I'm sure it was quite chic in 1995. Too bad all the decor has to be ripped out and exchanged for more modern finishes and furnishings..... a project that will cost millions.

by Anonymousreply 10May 28, 2022 10:38 AM

Snow in the winter. Mosquitoes in the summer. Pass.

by Anonymousreply 11May 28, 2022 10:46 AM

When I see homes like this, I think about all the waste, because almost everything in there is going to be ripped out and replaced, if not the entire building. I also hope those fish are fake.

3 kitchens??

That sized lot and no jacuzzi?

Was that a throne room in one of the pics?

Hey, let's go sit in an uncomfortable looking chair in front of the aquarium for awhile!

r6 i worked loan processing for the past few years and NJ property taxes are really high, even for much cheaper properties. We were funding props for 600k - 950k and the property taxes were regularly 6750 and up per year,

by Anonymousreply 13May 28, 2022 11:03 AM

I'm surprised it's listed with Sotheby's and not Connie Profaci Realty in Staten Island

by Anonymousreply 14June 4, 2022 1:12 AM

Beyond hideous.

Beautiful setting though.

by Anonymousreply 15June 4, 2022 1:21 AM

Tacky and reminds me of one of those Real Housewives houses.

by Anonymousreply 16June 4, 2022 1:23 AM

Ghastly. Only fit for those Italian grifters.
