Is he the gay one?

by Anonymousreply 1May 19, 2022 1:36 PM

Yes.

by Anonymousreply 2May 19, 2022 2:25 PM

That's too bad, he's always been a solid reporter.

by Anonymousreply 3May 19, 2022 2:28 PM

Oh.

He is 70, if I were him I would have retired years ago. In fact I did retire years ago at 60.

by Anonymousreply 5May 19, 2022 4:51 PM

He’s a brilliant reporter and commentator.

by Anonymousreply 6May 19, 2022 4:55 PM

I love how he never gets personal in his reportage, like old horses Howard K. Smith, Irving R. Levine, Roger Mudd, Newman (my personal favorite), etc.

I hope he and partner (if he has one) live long lives and enjoy retirement.

by Anonymousreply 7May 19, 2022 5:03 PM

^^ Newman

by Anonymousreply 8May 19, 2022 5:04 PM

He was Rumsfeld’s spokesperson during the Iraq war.

by Anonymousreply 9May 19, 2022 5:09 PM

Are all guys named Pete gay?

by Anonymousreply 10May 19, 2022 5:10 PM

He looks great for 70.

by Anonymousreply 11May 19, 2022 5:16 PM

R7, the president of NBC News mentions who I assume is Pete's partner in his closing statement:

[quote]So, please join me in congratulating Pete on an extraordinary career and on this much-deserved next chapter – a chapter I hope is filled with more jazz, drums, theater, and many trips to London and home to Wyoming with David.

lol. He was fired for being a pathological liar.

by Anonymousreply 13May 19, 2022 6:12 PM

For a gay man, his wig was terrrrrrrible.

by Anonymousreply 14May 19, 2022 6:13 PM

He's a 'mo

by Anonymousreply 15May 19, 2022 6:14 PM

Shilled for anti-gay Republicans

by Anonymousreply 16May 19, 2022 6:15 PM

R14, if that’s a wig, he should get his money back, as it has quite the bald spot.

by Anonymousreply 17May 19, 2022 6:59 PM

Highly questionable anal hygiene

by Anonymousreply 18May 19, 2022 7:02 PM

I thought he leaned Republican.

by Anonymousreply 19May 19, 2022 7:30 PM

He not only leaned Republican, he was in the Dubya administration

by Anonymousreply 20May 20, 2022 9:24 PM

He's a Log Cabin Republican.

by Anonymousreply 21May 20, 2022 9:31 PM

[quote] he was in the Dubya administration

Wrong Bu$h. It was Poppy’s administration.

by Anonymousreply 22May 20, 2022 9:31 PM

Right, R22, I mistakenly placed him in the wrong Bush’s DoD.

by Anonymousreply 23May 20, 2022 9:41 PM

And he worked for Dick Cheney, when DC was a Congressman.
