I like her dress and this wedding looks simple and classy. The husband is solidly 15 years younger than her!

I like her a lot. She seems cool. She did a lot of challenging roles and didn't give a fuck. Yes, I know she grew up well-to-do in Connecticut but she did hang out with the skater and outcast crowd back in the early 90s and it wasn't just slumming it.

R6 What is this new obsession with how "well to do" someone grew up as if it has any bearing on their art? Her dad was an art teacher in a suburb, she wasn't some kind of European royalty.

R8 I agree but you have so many people on the internet dismiss talent just because the person doesn't come from the rags. They equate struggle with real talent which is stupid. Honestly most artists, actors and writers are not from a poor background, they come from a background where they can afford to practice their skills and become adept at it. And Chloe's co-stars on Kids were not all poor, many were just skater kids who Larry Clark found in Washington Square Park. Chloe hung out with that crowd. NY skate culture is a very integrated one, you have rich, poor, white, Latino and black all mingling together. Some like Justin Pierce came from a lower-class background but the main actors like Leo Fitzpatrick and Rosario Dawson grew up middle-class. They just played trashy street kids.
