Emma Stone
She's kind of like a female Michael J. Fox, but with slightly more range.
Frankly, I'm surprised that she got married and started a family. Especially at such a (relatively) young age. As she seems a little too cool and independent (but then again, so did Jamie Lee Curtis and she even legally took her husband's surname).

Yeah. I always saw her as a Helen Mirren type. Not a mommy type. But I guess people surprise you.

Easy A is a masterpiece of the genre and you can see she had it all from the very start.

She was booed at a Mets game for wearing her San Diego Padres gear with her husband no less. She had the last laugh.....

I don’t like her. She seems nice and all but there’s something very amateurish (in a non interesting way) about every performance I’ve seen her do.

She’s way taller than Fox.

She’ll always have my unconditional love and support because of this.

The Favourite (2018) is a modern classic and Stone will probably never top her performance in it.

Has The Favorite ever been streaming, I never see it available?

A female Michael J fox? 😄 🤣 without the classic sitcoms and films and charisma right? She's forgettable.

I'm starting to think she's the real deal as an actor. I thought of her as just another starlet for years and then I saw "The Favorite". She was awesome, and unlike most young American actors, she was convincing in a period role, none of this modern-girl-in-the-17th century crap from her!
There were even moments in the awful "Cruella" where she was worth watching, and IMHO the ultimate test of an actor is whether they can make bad material seem better than it is.

The La La Land haters don’t get it. They don’t get that LA is literally paved with broken dreams. And tremendous personal sacrifices. And this movie starts from that and seeks to offer a bit of a panacea to the “dreamers.” It’s just zigging where “Mulholland Drive” zagged.

That’s a great observation r17, which is a movie rating. She became a star with “Easy A” which was a cut above the usual teen comedy. She seemed warm, knowing with a great connection with the audience.

You’re kidding me right? R17 La La Land is a gentrified piece of shit that represents everything wrong with “artistic” filmmaking today. Even attempting to compare it to Mulholland Drive (!!!!) means you deserve to be quartered and shot.
