It's just unfathomable to think how a life can be altered so radically in a matter of mere months. From being a dancer, a pop star, an office worker, a university professor to soldiers. The other day s saw a tweet with a picture of a soldier in full gear shouldering an automatic weapon in a trench surrounded by sand bags. He was holding a phone delivering a lecture via Zoom. He had brought his notes with him.
Can you even imagine your life so upended, your future possibly destroyed?
