Miss Fenny Tenille strikes again!

by Anonymousreply 1May 7, 2022 6:38 PM

Food poisoning?

by Anonymousreply 2May 7, 2022 6:38 PM

[quote]Isn't Sandals know ad a stingers resort

is this supposed to say 'as a swingers resort' ?

by Anonymousreply 3May 7, 2022 6:39 PM

I thought it was a cheap resort for straights

by Anonymousreply 4May 7, 2022 6:39 PM

Tainted Goombay Punch.

It's not that cheap and it is all inclusive and I believe they ban children.

This sounds like bad drugs, as the deceased were observed "convulsing".

by Anonymousreply 6May 7, 2022 6:42 PM

Wasn't there another island where Americans were dying while visiting? Dominican Republic? Has the serial killer found a new home base?

by Anonymousreply 7May 7, 2022 6:42 PM

My understanding is these peeps were having a ouija seance and they got in touch with The Duchess of Windsor (she was the governer's wife during the Second War) who told them off in such shocking language that they were struck dead. The toothmarks of the pugs on their necks just adds to the mystery.

by Anonymousreply 8May 7, 2022 6:43 PM

Sorry, yes, swingers.

by Anonymousreply 9May 7, 2022 6:49 PM

The DR had a rash of Americans dying from bad alcohol despite it being covered up.

by Anonymousreply 10May 7, 2022 6:50 PM

not a good look for a struggling industry!

by Anonymousreply 11May 7, 2022 6:51 PM

Old, the sequel.

by Anonymousreply 12May 7, 2022 6:54 PM

resort employees in dr replaced the liquor in recognizable bottles with their homemade hootch. killing dozens of unsuspecting tourists.

by Anonymousreply 13May 7, 2022 7:01 PM

Just keep in mind what Aunt Ida said about the lifestyles of the heterosexual and all will be revealed.

by Anonymousreply 14May 7, 2022 7:06 PM

R7, It was DR and it was from alcohol poisoning. I think the summer of 2019. Like 20 ppl died that summer.

by Anonymousreply 15May 7, 2022 7:09 PM

I think it was pesticides. they used too much, it was toxic. One of the islands from years ago. I saw a report on the TV.

by Anonymousreply 16May 7, 2022 7:14 PM

The number of Dominican Republic tourist deaths was statistically NORMAL. Sometimes U.S. news outlets pick up and run with a story about a few tourists dying in a seeming cluster. The truth is every year around 12 U.S. tourists die in the DR from road accidents alone.

It's not the pesticides, sanitation or foul play, we just feel better thinking death can be avoided with enough information. Just because you are on vacation doesn't mean you're safe.

[quote]Chemsex gone wrong

Nah, it was a hetero couple that died.

by Anonymousreply 28May 7, 2022 8:50 PM

It was Kim Cattrall!

Dun dun dun

by Anonymousreply 29May 7, 2022 8:56 PM

I remember the alcohol scandal, the resorts were using (knowingly or not) straight 100% alcohol/ethanol. Didn’t something also happen at a prestige Mexican resort?

by Anonymousreply 30May 7, 2022 9:08 PM

This is really close to where the Fyre Festival was supposed to happen.

I love how the alive victim is just staying on because that’s what the deceased would’ve wanted him to do lol

by Anonymousreply 39May 8, 2022 1:14 PM

Synthetic drugs are increasing nightmares.

by Anonymousreply 40May 8, 2022 1:22 PM

Since it is a stingers resort, I think they were stung to death!

Once more, in English?

by Anonymousreply 42May 8, 2022 1:32 PM

R20, you mean you're still not seeing their stupid commercials with that damn song from Dirty Dancing?

by Anonymousreply 43May 8, 2022 1:37 PM

These places already looked like hell on earth. Now you may end up in actual hell (if you believe in that sort of thing) just from staying there.

by Anonymousreply 44May 8, 2022 2:04 PM

Fentanyl

by Anonymousreply 45May 8, 2022 2:10 PM

No it was a 65 year old couple who were getting progressively more ill from the freon leak.

by Anonymousreply 46May 8, 2022 2:53 PM

They took a chill pill.

by Anonymousreply 47May 8, 2022 3:52 PM

They were complaining that they felt ill the day before. This was clearly not a drug OD people.

by Anonymousreply 48May 8, 2022 3:58 PM

Vacations, I don't know. If it's not one thing, it's another. Die of heat stroke or a killer cooling system. I think I'll just stay home.

by Anonymousreply 49May 8, 2022 4:05 PM

So the guy reporting on this confiemed that 3 people died net door from the AC but he's going to congintue on staying at that place to complete his vacation. What a guy!

by Anonymousreply 50May 8, 2022 4:19 PM

It was some cleaner they were using, which has also caused deaths in Mauritius and Comoros

by Anonymousreply 51May 8, 2022 4:31 PM

Someone's about to get paiiiiiiiudddddd.

by Anonymousreply 52May 8, 2022 4:33 PM

Negligent death lawsuit. I'm packing my bags as I type.

I don’t know, OP, but it sure sounds to me like three people done got stung.

by Anonymousreply 57May 25, 2022 7:50 PM

Holy fuck, r50, proofread for god sake!

by Anonymousreply 58May 25, 2022 7:50 PM

OP, a "stingers resort" sounds intriguing. It would no doubt serve something like the Scorpion Stinger Margarita pictured at the link:

½“ section Jalapeno Pepper

2 sprigs Cilantro

1½ oz Tequila

1 oz Cointreau

1 oz Lime Juice

½ oz Agave Nectar

In the glass of a Boston Shaker, muddle the jalapeno pepper and cilantro in the tequila. Add the remaining ingredients, with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a Margarita Glass. Garnish with an edible (or plastic) scorpion.
