A lot of these types of books (cookbook by Steve Doocey, for example) end up in warehouse clubs in big sale bins. Honestly I think the Audible version of her book must have gotten a lot of listens - since it was an Audible exclusive it means that they probably paid her a lot up front to make it thus, and then it was "free" on Audible under their monthly subscription. So I'm curious how many people actually paid direct money for the book.

Anyway she clearly should have pushed for the hardback to be bulk purchased, since it's embarrassing for her that it wasn't. There are like four or five books right now with daggers next to their titles on the NYT bestsellers list, all from conservatives. (The dagger means suspicious or bulk sales).
