Playing devil’s advocate, but is spitting in someone’s mouth very different from French kissing? Saliva is saliva, after all, whether it’s foamy or flat.

Technically speaking probably not, R10, but the difference is the intention. When you French kiss, you're kissing and the saliva is a byproduct. When you deliberately spit into someone's mouth, you're...spitting in them.
