I can speak for Indian and Israeli. I think with India, there is a major taboo about being gay - at least that has been the story with the Indian guys who have fucked me. They are all tops, average dicks, ok in bed. A lot of Israelis have IBS and bowel issues - every Israeli I have hooked up with including a LTR were tops and didn't want anything near their asses.

Italians are huge bottoms, but difficult to tell at first do to their fashion. I haven't read the article, but just adding that in. Philippines, I can see a lot of tops as well as Colmbia. All in all, this list feels accurate.
